  "Desoto Falls"
Only 12 miles from my Fort Payne, Alabama studio, these falls were
discovered on top of Lookout Mountain by the Spanish explorer
Hernando Desoto. In this rendering, I've attempted to capture accurately
the beauty & majesty of these falls resplendant with Autumn color.

  "The Blue Heron"
These birds are an anachronistic, but beautiful, blend of elegance and
awkwardness. This work done in oil on masonite hardboard depicts a
Blue Heron that I captured in a series of photos near a boat landing
along the Tennessee River, not far from Huntsville, Alabama.

  "America's Symbol"
The majestic beauty of the Bald Eagle is depicted soaring in front of
Mt.McKinley, Alaska in this airbrushed acrylic rendering. The original
is my wife's favorite painting and it graces the living room of our home,
but we do have prints available.

  "Mountain Lake Monarch"
Here we have another Bald Eagle depicted just as he settles onto a
dead branch near a western mountain lake. As he does so, the warmth
of the evening sun bathes him and the peaks behind him in golden light!
